Steph Huber

Human Resource Manager, Steph Huber, has been with Midstates since 2012. Steph was born and raised in Aberdeen, SD. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish. She has earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management. She holds a green belt in Lean and is a Certified DISC Behavior Analyst. Steph has served on local boards for the Aberdeen Area Human Resources Association, the Workforce Development Council and the Workforce and Education Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with two sons and a daughter.
